We have a hand in everything we make—our mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, and stickers. From design to printing to packaging and shipping, it’s all done by real people who care.
Sometimes we all just need a pep talk, and who better to give us the encouragement we need than our favorite cup of coffee? Our You Got This Coffee Mug will help give you the confidence you need to take on whatever challenges are ahead with confidence and, better yet, caffeine.
You can choose to keep this mug for yourself or give it as a gift to a fellow coffee lover. Make this mug an even better gift by pairing it with a bag of your favorite blend of coffee and some fancy sugar cubes or a stamped stirring spoon. Sit back, relax, and remember that you have everything under control.
All Loftipop mugs are eco-friendly and feature lead-free inks to ensure a vibrant and environmentally friendly design.
ABOUT THE MUG
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A $4.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@loftipop.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email with necessary photos of damage to hello@loftipop.com and we will either provide a full refund or replace the damaged item.
