We have a hand in everything we make—our mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, and stickers. From design to printing to packaging and shipping, it’s all done by real people who care.
Oops, did I say that out loud? We all know those people who tend to talk your ear off about nothing, which makes getting back to what you were doing even more difficult. Even though you’re dying to say what you’re thinking, being an adult is about being professional, right?
Our Shhh…no one cares Mug brings out your true feelings without even having to open your mouth, thanks to a design that is both witty and powerful. Enjoy this mug for its message, particularly when you haven’t finished your first cup of coffee yet and it’s too early for conversation. ABOUT THE MUG
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A $4.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@loftipop.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email with necessary photos of damage to hello@loftipop.com and we will either provide a full refund or replace the damaged item.
